Fusing and Granulation with Argentium Silver
In this two-day class, explore the technology and techniques required to work with Argentium Silver. Master goldsmith Ronda Coryell provides expert instruction and close-up demos. Learn to fuse gallery wire, create surface textures, granulate and fabricate using fusion. Projects include a pair of earrings, a ring and a bead. Basic soldering and bench skills are necessary.
Instructor(s):
A designer and goldsmith, Ronda founded the Northwest Chapter of the Florida Society of Goldsmiths. She is an enthusiastic and accomplished teacher and her work has won recognition in competitions and exhibitions. She is the shop manager for The Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts.
Prerequisites:
Basic soldering and bench skills are required.
